MA Theology is offered in association with the Department of Theology at Christ University with the view of facilitating theological studies in a secularized and competitive field of education. In India the ultimate goal of education is conceived as aiming at awakening the divine in human beings. MA Theology is envisaged to preserve and promote the rich cultural and religious tradition of India, where students can have in-depth theological investigation in the context of the fast changing world scenario and modern educational enterprises. It envisages a blend of the secular and the sacred, a dream cherished by the founding fathers of Dharmaram College and Christ University.

MA Theology is a six semester programme. Students who have secured an undergraduate degree with 50% or more marks from any university are welcome to join for MA Theology, Christ University, the classes of which will be held in the Faculty of Theology, Dharmaram Vidya Kshetram, Bangalore.
