Online Payment Instructions

Detailed instructions regarding successful and failed transactions are provided on the payment login page. Please read and follow them carefully.
    1. After selecting the “Pay” option, you will be redirected to the payment gateway, where you can make the payment through Net Banking, Credit Card, or Debit Card. Choose your preferred payment method and proceed.
    2. Upon successful completion of the payment, a Payment Confirmation Slip will be generated. Please save or print this slip for future reference.
    3. If the payment is unsuccessful for any reason, the system will display a payment failure status.
    4. If neither a confirmation nor a failure message is displayed and there is an unusual delay in the system response:
        ◦ If you have not yet entered your card details or completed the payment authorization process, you may restart the transaction from the beginning.
        ◦ If you have already entered your card details or authorized the payment through Net Banking, do not attempt another payment immediately. First, check with your bank or credit card provider to verify whether the amount has been debited from your account.
    5. If the amount has been debited from your bank account or credit card, do not make another payment.
    6. If the amount has not been debited, you may initiate the payment again and complete the transaction.
    7. In all cases, please note and retain the transaction/reference number generated during the payment process for future correspondence or verification.

Privacy Policy

The information provided by you will be used solely for the purpose of processing and receiving payments due to the Institution. All data submitted will be treated as confidential, stored securely, and will not be disclosed to any third party or used for any purpose other than payment processing, except as required by law.

Cancellation / Refund Policy
There is no cancellation option available to end users once payment has been made. Additionally, refunds are not possible in such cases.
In case of duplicate payment, payer/parent/student, kindly approach admin or finance or accounts department of the institution for refund with proof of the transaction reference/ your bank statement.
Refund will be processed within 10-15 working days, respective payment gateway will send back to the issuing bank [user’s card banker] in batches for processing, which should approximately take 8-15 working days, depending on issuing banks policies.
