Diploma in Theology and Religious Sciences at Jnanodaya is a one year course under the auspices of the Faculty of Theology, Dharmaram Vidya Kshetram. This Diploma course is conducted and managed by the CMC (Congregation of the Mother of Carmel) Sisters. This course, mainly meant for Religious Sisters, is a combination of theology and religious sciences in the context of Asia in general and India in particular. The training programme has, besides introductory courses and contextualized seminar sessions, three main sections: Theological, Scriptural, and Religio-Pastoral, all focusing on the vocation, mission, and relevant role of the consecrated women religious in the new millennium. The primary objective of this programme is to help the women religious grow in their 'integral awakening' (Jnanodaya) so that they become efficient instruments in realizing Jesus' vision and mission. A Diploma will be awarded to students who fulfil all the requirements of the course. Proficiency in English is a basic requirement for this course.
