  • Target Groups: Open to all especially professionals, employers, preachers, catechism teachers, priests, religious, youth, lay ministries, etc.
  • Eligibility and Admission
  1. Degree from recognized College/University
  2. Send the application form and upon receiving communication from the office of DADE, register by sending the required fee.

  • Fee Structure
  1. Fee for any One Year PG Diploma Course including the course materials is Rs. 7300 ($400 for foreign students).
  2. The total amount is to be remitted to the DADE office by Demand Draft at the time of registration. The Demand Draft is to be drawn in favour of “Dharmaram Vidya Kshetram, Bengaluru.”
  3. Accommodation will be provided during the time of contact classes, but students have to pay for their food and other expenses.
  • Structure of the Programme
  1. Each diploma programme consists of 37 credits and a research paper.
  2. Each year a set of subjects for 37 credits will be chosen from the various subjects prescribed for each PG Diploma Programme.
  3. 20 study hours constitute a credit of 20 marks.
  4. Upon registration, the student will be provided with course materials for the first part and after the successful completion of the assignments of this part, the course materials for the rest will be given.
  5. Apart from the assignments, at the completion of courses the student will submit a research paper on a relevant theme, approved by the coordinator of the concerned course.
  6. The theme of the Research Paper is to be selected during the Contact Class. The length of the research paper shall be between 10,000 and 15,000 words.
  7. Every year, the Contact Classes are held for ten days in the second half of May.  
  8. Instruction for the methodology of research writing will be given at the time of contact classes.
  9. The Research Paper should be in a bound book format, typed neatly according to proper methodological style.
  • Evaluation Methods and Awarding of Marks: Each of the courses in a discipline will have the following pattern of evaluation:

Written Assignment, Project, Case Study, Research Paper = 50% (400)

  1. Attending Contact classes = 25% (200)
  2. Objective Type Examination and Viva held during the time of Contact Classes=25% (200)
  3. Online/electronic submission of the written assignments is encouraged. Printed or hand-written assignments can also be submitted.
  • Awarding of Diploma
  1. Diploma will be issued from DVK on the successful completion of the Course with 50% aggregate marks.
  2. Pass grade for each individual subject will be 40%.
  3. Upon request and payment of required fees, Certificates will be sent by post to successful candidates.
